Visitor facilities and advice
- Guide dogs allowed
- There is a handrail along the inside staircase leading to the Clock Room.
- Visually impaired visitors need to be accompanied (there is no footpath).
- The tour route has a basic lighting system: adapt the visit schedule to the light conditions outside.

Sensory tours
For groups
Take an audio-descriptive tour of the Astronomical Clock with a member of the monument's staff, using your sense of touch and smell.
The monument's "Reservations" department can programme these tours at your request: dates and times to be agreed with you; must be booked in advance, for groups of 5 or more.
Tours and prices
For individuals
- Free admission and guided tour for disabled visitors and their carers, on presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors), or organisation certificate (groups).
For groups:
- For groups of 8 or less: Free (on presentation of a certificate from their organisation)
- Groups of more than 9 people: €20 for self-guided tours; €40 for sensory tours. Package valid for a group of 20 people maximum.
